How are later courses priced?

Can students buy one lesson first?

What you are purchasing
We offer digital Mandarin Chinese course modules. Each course page describes the topics, number of lessons, delivery method and complete module price. Unless expressly stated, an order does not include live one-to-one tutoring, an examination or an accredited qualification.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars (USD). The beginner module contains 20 lessons at $1 per lesson, totaling $20. Other modules are $10 per lesson: 30 lessons total $300 and 50 lessons total $500. A single beginner lesson costs $1. These are one-time purchases, with no recurring subscription. Payment-provider currency conversion charges may apply separately.
Email delivery
After payment confirmation, course access or learning materials are sent to the email address provided at checkout, normally within 24 hours. Delivery is handled by Zhenny. Please provide a valid email address, check your spam folder and contact us if your course has not arrived.
Personal use of materials
Course materials are licensed for the purchasing learner’s personal study. Do not resell, redistribute, publish or share course access with others without written permission. Course materials remain the intellectual property of their respective rights holders.
Support and refunds

Learning outcomes and changes

When you make an inquiry, create an account or purchase a course, we may receive your name, email address, selected course, order status, payment reference and the messages you send us. WordPress, our hosting provider and payment providers may also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and security logs.
Why we use it
We use information to respond to inquiries, process and verify orders, deliver course materials, manage accounts, provide support, maintain records and protect the website from fraud or misuse. We do not sell personal information. Marketing messages, if introduced, require the consent or other lawful basis required in your location.
Payments
When PayPal is available and you choose it, PayPal processes your payment under its own privacy terms. We receive the order information needed to verify and support the transaction. We do not ask you to email passwords or full card details and do not store full payment-card numbers on this site.

This site uses cookies needed for account sessions, security and checkout. Hosting and email service providers may process data to run the site and deliver messages. Refund & Delivery Policy
Digital delivery by email
Your purchase is a digital course module, not a physical item. After payment is confirmed, Zhenny sends course access or learning materials to the email address entered at checkout, normally within 24 hours. No shipping charges apply. The course page specifies the number of lessons included.
If your course has not arrived
Check your spam or junk folder, then email zhenny8@outlook.com with your course name, order number or payment reference, payment date and delivery email. We will check the payment and delivery record and arrange delivery again where needed. Do not send full card numbers or account passwords.
When a refund can be considered
Contact us if you made a duplicate payment, selected the wrong course before delivery, paid for a course we cannot provide, or have not received the purchased materials. We will review the circumstances and, where appropriate, correct the order, deliver the missing materials or refund the unfulfilled purchase.
After access or materials have been delivered
Because digital course materials can be accessed immediately after delivery, change-of-mind refunds after delivery may be limited. This does not exclude remedies for material defects, misdescription, non-delivery or rights that applicable law provides. Contact us so we can review the specific problem.
How to request a review
Please contact zhenny8@outlook.com within 7 days of payment when possible and explain the issue. This requested contact window does not shorten any mandatory legal right. We may ask for reasonable order information to locate your purchase.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank. We will confirm an approved refund and the relevant transaction information by email.

The payment method available for your order is displayed at checkout. The intended method is PayPal. If enrollment is not open and a course inquiry link is displayed instead, contact us before ordering. We do not ask you to use a friends-and-family transfer for a course purchase.
Currency and complete module prices
Prices are in USD. Beginner Basics & Pinyin Learning: 20 lessons × $1 = $20. Daily Communication: 30 lessons × $10 = $300. Each of the five 50-lesson modules costs 50 × $10 = $500. The separately listed single beginner lesson costs $1. A module purchase covers the full listed module, not just one lesson.
One-time charges
These course purchases are one-time payments. We do not enroll you in a recurring subscription. Any final charge and applicable adjustments will be shown before you authorize payment. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or transaction fees.
Payment confirmation and email delivery
An order or payment request is not proof of a successful payment. Course delivery begins after the payment provider confirms payment. Check that your checkout email address is correct: course access or materials are delivered there by email.
Payment problems
If you see an unexpected charge, a duplicate payment or a failed checkout, contact zhenny8@outlook.com with the course name and transaction reference. Do not send full card details or login credentials. We can review the order with you; your right to use the payment provider’s dispute process is unaffected.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed according to the Refund & Delivery Policy and applicable consumer law.
